Mshibe & Partners Electrical aims to become a world-class in the General and Electrical construction sector with a focus infrastructure development and related services, operating across South Africa. An ambitious Mr. Luthuli S. and Ms. Sangweni N. founded the enterprise in 2016 with clear intention of progressively developing the enterprise into a leader in General and Electrical construction sector and other related services. Mshibe & Partners Electrical aims to develop business relationship into partnerships be it an individual, private or a public sector clients.
South African communities are facing an ever increasing challenge in a pressurized trading environment and therefore require dynamic and innovative operating solutions. We are intent on capitalizing on the talents and experience at our disposal to successfully manage and develop our business, contribute productively to the South African Economy, share this Knowledge base in developing and transferring skills and establish a national footprint which is financially sustainable and supportive of our operational requirements. The company is, therefore, positioned to provide social and technical services to the value that will give us an opportunity to serve our communities. Mshibe & Partners Electrical is a company which was also established with entrepreneurship as its blueprint. It is also part of the organisational culture to create an environment which promotes and encourages entrepreneurial approaches amongst its employees. OUR MISSION
To create a corporate entity which will drive excellence in the Built/Electrical Sector, through utilization of the most effective and efficient skills transfer processes and methodologies. It is also our mission to empower communities in such a way that they not only possess skills, but they are also able to utilise those skills in creating employment opportunities for themselves and others. We aim to achieve that by being a company that is both conscious of surrounding and maximises on all the resources at its disposal.
OUR VISION
To empower previously disadvantaged communities through skill training and development in the sector. We also want to impact communities in a way that they are able to partake in the economic opportunities in their area, which lies in the industry. We intend to merge the provision of skills with employment participation, through acting providing services both in Training and Skills development in the Built/Electrical Industry. All of that will be achieved through rendering quality service to maintain our working relationship with all clients and all role-players in each project that we execute, with integrity; reliability and reputation management.
